OmniKnot Communications, Inc. is pleased to report that OmniKnot Voice has achieved the highest call clarity metrics recorded since the company began measuring call clarity. The assessment was conducted internally, in accordance with standard measurement procedures.
Customers enrolled in OmniKnot Voice do not need to take any action to benefit from these results. Calls will continue to be connected in the usual manner.
Methodology
Clarity was evaluated across a representative sample of calls using the company’s established evaluation framework. The framework itself was reviewed prior to use and found to be consistent with the company’s expectations of it.
